All of our products require a processing time (the time it takes us to prepare your order), it is separate from transit time (the time the shipping carrier takes to deliver your package).

Our current policy allows for exchanges on damaged goods only. We do not offer cancelations or returns on orders.

You can contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange by emailing us with your order number and images documenting the damage to your item.
