SHIPPING & PROCESSING

All of our products require a processing time (the time it takes us to prepare your order), it is separate from transit time (the time the shipping carrier takes to deliver your package).

Processing Time

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders ship from our location in Georgia, USA.

Our current processing times are always displayed on the top banner of our website header for your convenience.

Processing times are the best estimate of when your item will ship, but this can be delayed during peak seasons. Personalized orders will ship in 2–3 weeks.

Transit Time 

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within the carrier’s standard timelines:

  • Express: 2-4 Business Days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 4–5 Business Days

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 5–7 Business Days

All orders ship from Georgia, USA Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates for orders, international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.

What is the cut-off time for expedited shipping?

Please note only USPS expedited orders placed before 12PM EST will ship within 1-2 business days.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. If there is an urgent need, please contact us at info@funhousetoys.org so that we can further assist you.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer USPS international shipping across the globe for most products - simply enter your destination country during check out. Fun House Toys is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO addresses?

Yes! Our team ships orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.

Will my entire order ship together?

Yes. If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.
Orders containing personalized items will ship upon completion of the personalized order.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

Our return & refund policy only allows for unused and unopened goods. You may return the items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund not including the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

If you received a damaged item, contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.  Include your order number and images documenting the damages to your item.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. Please feel free to contact info@funhousetoys.org

Do you offer price adjustments?

We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price purchases only within 5 days of your order being placed. We will refund the price difference to your original form of payment. Refunds cannot be placed on a gift card unless that was the original payment method used. We are not able to honor gift with purchase promotions on orders that have already been placed. Requests for price adjustments can be sent to info@funhousetoys.org
