1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to established businesses, retailers, bookstores, gift shops, museums, educational retailers, and other approved resellers. Fun House Toys reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications.

2. Pricing & Minimum Order Quantities

Wholesale pricing is based on the suggested retail price.

• A minimum of 6 units per individual product, style, or pattern is required.

• Mixed-product orders are not accepted to meet the minimum quantity.

• Volume pricing may be available for larger orders.

• Custom products and special requests are quoted separately.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before production begins unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved in writing.

4. Production & Processing

Our products are manufactured in small batches and may be made to order. Standard wholesale production lead time is 14 business days, subject to confirmation when an order is accepted.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timing will be confirmed for each order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise agreed upon. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

6. Returns & Damaged Products

Wholesale orders are final sale. Returns are not accepted for unsold inventory, changes in retail demand, or buyer preference.

If products arrive damaged or defective, retailers must contact Fun House Toys within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs and order information so the issue can be reviewed.

7. Resale & Product Use

Retailers may resell approved Fun House Toys products through their established retail channels. Product designs, photographs, branding, and intellectual property remain the property of Fun House Toys and may not be reproduced, copied, or manufactured without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Fun House Toys reserves the right to update wholesale pricing, minimum order requirements, product availability, and wholesale terms with reasonable notice to wholesale partners.
