All of our products require a processing time (the time it takes us to prepare your order), it is separate from transit time (the time the shipping carrier takes to deliver your package).

Please refer to our current processing time listed on the website header banner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order ships.

The processing and shipping times are our best estimate of when your order will ship & can vary based on the season and demand. If you have a question about your order, email us at anytime.

Our current policy allows for exchanges on damaged goods only. We do not offer cancelations or returns on orders.

You can contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange by emailing us with your order number and images documenting the damage to your item. 

If you need to update your address, please email as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this request.
